Everything went perfectly and on schedule. The quality of work was outstanding and the whole experience was stress-free. I’m genuinely impressed with their professionalism and care. Will definitely use again!

The front end office receptionist to those who give you home machines all have attitudes and are very unprofessional. Was called in with my son who is legally blind and has numerous medical issues. We were told to arrive 7-7:30, which we did. The technicians do the best they can with what they have. My technician was actually very nice. This facility should really be remodeled given everything we have been through with COVID. The beds we slept in were Murphy beds that are offices that patients use during the day. The beds are horrible, making you feel the springs and about 6 inches off the floor. They lock the door at night and there is no ventilation in the room. Room was extremely warm to the point we had to ask for a fan. That barely assisted in just circulating warm/hot air that you are breathing. My son is 41 years old and is extremely intellectual. The directions that are called out over a speaker are extremely hard to understand with no mask on. Imagine with a mask. The technician advised she would be monitoring. If they are monitoring the patient how did no one sense the panic when he could no breath, and open the mask off his face. He advised me he felt like he was being suffocated. I had get up and advise the technician that my son was indicating the air flow was not appropriate. How do you sleep with the amount of gear they place on you is unrealistic. Also if you are a side sleeper, forget that, they expect you to sleep in your back. My son was instructed to fall asleep with lights out at 8 pm and did not fall asleep until 1:30 am. I was up every step of the way. Sheets and blankets are dingy. We brought our own pillows and one blanket to sleep. Overall this place needs a makeover. Other places are much nicer. I am sorry I allow Montefiore to send me to a third party affiliate they have no connection to my chart and totally ignore patience medical chart. Will not be going back.
I had an amazing time at the NY MetroSleep Center. They made the entire process stress-free and provided clear explanations of everything. They are the greatest option for sleep care because of their exceptional knowledge and empathy.
I came in on 4/4/2025 by a referral I was given to by my provider. Upon checking in the ladies in the front were very nice and welcoming. I informed them that I had previously checked in and had also click on the already arrived on my end. They just had me fill out a quick general 2 page form and was quickly called to the back. Once I got to the back I was treated by Marleny which I’m assuming was the MA. As we started the visit she asked me for several information and I informed her that I had notated all my medications, past history and allergies online. I asked her her if it’s not in the chart? She then got a attitude and told me did I do it on my chart? Then gets up goes to the front and starts speaking in Spanish as if I didn’t understand the language. She got her manager Lina I believe that was her name who instead of asking of what was happening quickly jumped right into it telling me the information did not save and did I do it via my chart or their link. I took out my phone to show her and she bypass that and asked me again. At that moment I informed both of them hey I work in a hospital this is not how the interaction is supposed to go. Where are the bed side manners and patient care? Patients don’t come to the office to receive lack of empathy and understanding . If you are not for the people SEEk a new job. This profession is not for everyone.
