Personal interactions are cold, have no compassion and staff are dismissive. They don’t care to what extent or why you experience horrific nighty terrors multiple time a night. I have never been talked at while being talked down to like I was at this office. It felt sx though they thought I was lying or exaggerating?

The care I have received here is top notch. From nurses to doctors. However, I want to highlight the overnight techs I had: Jordan and Paula. These two ladies make a rather stressful experience significantly less scary. They are gentle, kind, and funny making all the cuts and wires easier to handle. Highly recommend this place if you're struggling with sleep.

I had gotten a referral from my doctor and it took about a week for them to call me which wasn’t long at all. Usually my referrals take over a month for them to give me a call and they had gotten me in for the soonest appointment that they had! After the appointment was done, they wanted me to do a sleep study, and within days they got me in for that sleep study!! My sleep study is down and I’m awaiting results, But I am so thankful for Paula. She made this experience super comfortable although I was out of my safe place of being home. I’ve never felt so safe in an environment ive never been in! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody who needs a sleep doctor/sleep study. Amazing, professional, adequate care.

If I could I’d give this place a -10. After being referred by my cardiologist due to heart issues, had my initial consultation October 4. Rather than state reason was cardiac issues, they put down the reason for referral was snoring! Then it took them three months to call and leave a message for a sleep study. I called back within 24 hours yet it took them another three weeks to call again. So again I call back and another few weeks pass…… I gave up. Given they couldn’t even get the problem for referral correct even after cardiologist called several times, and they weren’t in any hurry to schedule the study, I no longer have any trust in their operations. All I can say is good luck getting any response from them.

Wow, had EMG done and I am very scared of doctors, I have to say that Dr. Trans was incredible. It was painful experience, but she had such a great bedside manner, it was so nice to feel safe and know I was in good hands with a professional that cares for her patients. She turned my bad day into a good day. Left laughing and wish there were more up here like her!!! What a difference it would make. The neck n spine specialist who referred me to her was great too in Niagra. Best docs I've seen in long long time..Highly Recommended
