I have always liked Crystal Run Healthcare and their people are the best! Since Optum took over, however, everything is going quickly downhill. Lab work is automatically sent to Ootum's favorite pet lab which is not covered by my insurance! For Christmas, I have received a $3,000 lab bill for an in network doctor submitting a claim to an out of network lab. My insurance company rejects my appeals in less than 5 minutes and the lab is harassing me although they still never sent me an actual bill! Does anyone there at Optum care? Ask the doctors and they will tell you that I am one of their best patients and always have responded to their kindness with kindness. Thank Optum for destroying my Christmas and I am positive that makes them very happy! How do they sleep at night? I always gave 5 stars in the past.

Chantel hung up on me when I asked for immediate help due to my ovarian cyst, she has no hospitality nor customer service, the doctors had me wait for 1hr & never seen me. I rescheduled twice, they cancelled both appointments 20 mins before. Ever since the switch from crystal run to whatever they are now it’s HORRIBLE service. Do better your a health care service for god sakes! Chantel you need a better attitude, maybe you should work in security or collections or no where at all !!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I called Crystal run healthcare for a visit and my regular doctor wasn’t available The doctor who saw me was excellent. Very pleasant, very thorough and I felt very comfortable with her. Also, the young lady whose name was Ashley who took my blood pressure and vitals before the doctor came in was very nice as well Thank you

My wife and I have been using Crystal Run Healthcare for 18 years now. Since Optum took over, it has been terrible to deal with. My wife had surgery for a knee replacement, which did not work. Total failure with permanent disability. They billed us $641.93. We tried paying online using the bank account. It said payment did not go through. So we paid with a credit card. Payment worked. A week later, they took another $641.93 out of our bank account. Neither the credit card or the bank will help with this because it is a legitimate business and said I had to deal with Crystal Run. Well over 2 months later and countless calls, only response we received from them is they don't know where they sent the payment they took from the bank. I have given them copies of both the bank and credit card statements that they charged me twice. They don't care. Heard nothing back. Been dealing with this for 9 weeks now. If you try to call you have to select the option for refunds. Which what business has an option for refunds, there is a red flag, and then you can only leave a message for someone to call back. 9 weeks later just the one email that they are looking into it and she needed to see where they posted the payment because it was not to my wife's account. So they credited someone else with our money, and we are screwed! So now it cost us twice as much for a botched procedure. Great place to deal with. And this is how they treat the long term patients they have. Is this is what you think you this all sounds great, then give them a try. Otherwise stay away from this place. Great job Optum. I am sure I will get the same automated response to this as everyone else. Call a number that nobody will answer and leave a message.
