The longest waiting time I experienced was while waiting with my special needs child at the reception. The doctor was knowledgeable and great. However, after each vaccination, my child and I were sent directly to the front desk and allowed to leave the hospital, instead of being asked to wait the recommended 15 minutes to monitor for any immediate reactions to the vaccine.

Dr. DeVenney is an AMAZING pediatrician. I’m beyond thankful for his gentle care and support to my baby. He takes the time to answer any questions you have and truly cares about his patients. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be my son’s pediatrician.

I dread going and calling Crystal run healthcare. I was on the phone for over 1 hour to get my test results from 1 week ago. The customer service is horrendous. They don’t call you back when you leave a message. It’s just a horrible system they have over there. I think their whole system needs a complete revamp. I’m looking for another provider for my healthcare needs. I cannot do this anymore.

I strongly do not recommend anyone go to Crystal Run! I have nothing but bad experiences in the few years I’ve been a member with them. My spouse especially has had horrible experiences with them. I’ve been going with him to every appointment since he had an incident 2.5 years ago. They misdiagnosed him, and recommended he get 2 pointless surgeries (that he did end up having). Even after both surgeries, he still felt the same way, in excruciating pain. We explained this to at least 20-25 doctors for the past 2.5 years. We got frustrated enough that we ended up making an appointment at a private doctor and in one visit, we were told exactly what the issue was and why he was in this pain. It had nothing to do with what the Crystal Run doctors were saying. Crystal Run was doing pointless tests and prescribing him so many different medications. Every time we would show up to an appointment they would give him at least 1-2 prescriptions rather than solve the problem. They made my spouses conditions get worse in the time that they left him untreated to the point where he may need to have a few surgeries now. Please listen to all of the other reviews and keep yourselves and your families away from Crystal Run. They do not care about any of their patients.

I was in the parking lot this morning at 155 Crystal Run in Middletown at 9:15 for a 9:30 MRI. When I did not get a notification at 9:35 I went inside to see what was going on. Reception sent me to radiology and they said take a seat. At 9:45 or so I was told I was late and that I would have to wait or reschedule because they started a procedure with another patient. I was early, they were incompetent as is the story every time you go to that building. I did not wait or reschedule because I had another appt two towns away in 2 hours. Apparently know your job do your job is not important there. Little advice,to the staff. Don’t cop an attitude out the gate with your customer when they were early and you know you are wrong. Never again in there. Dropping any Dr with Crystal Run. Good docs horrible staff. There are good Docs everywhere with competent staff out there. I bet they will bill me for today too. That’s another battle coming Horrible company
