We traveled from Hilliard to OSU East, and we would do it again in a heartbeat due to the kindness and generosity of the staff and Dr. Pema.
SPINE & ORTHOPEDIC PATIENT STAY AWAY. The physicians assistant Donny who works under Dr Alvarez, Dr. Beal (orthopedics) and the rest of the awful medical staff working under Dr. Alvarez would rather let a patient sit in agony for months on a collapsed broken hip with no pain management than do a simple surgery immediately to prevent the patient going through it.This place is killing me. I am 34 and I can't see myself making it to 35 with what this place has and currently is putting me through to get medical care. Doctors In two different departments and their staff are contributing to what happens because of the health issues they won't do anything about. I am done with these people I swear to God. Their doctors are jokes. I have two serious health issues and can't get anything done about either. Thank God for medical records, copies of MyChart messages and different photos of everything I need to show proving what I have went through. This place is the worst medical facility I've ever been to. I was going to name drop the doctors but my attorney told me not to. This place needs to be held accountable for what I have been and currently being put through.
Usually I love osu. Never had many problems but today with the spine center I wouldn't recommend it. At least this location. Appointment was at 2 so I get here at 145. It is 3:03 and still haven't spoken to any nurse or anything. The receptionist in the 4th window was rude and irritated by my asking what's happening. She then stated I was listed as in a room but there are no rooms. Waited 15 more minutes asked again and she just got up and walked away. Then she put us in a room and we passed 4 open rooms on the way to this room without ever talking to a nurse. And told me to wait here. I assume because she was upset I kept asking. I think if there is a significant delay they should offer to reschedule or something. But had I been 15 minutes late they would've made me reschedule. We have to respect their time. I feel it should go both ways. I was told it'd be a 30 minute Appointment.
Vicky the receptionist was quite helpful she listened to my needs and advise me what I should do. She made me an appointment for the next day and may the hygienist took good care of me. I highly recommend this dental clinic.
Staff were courteous and efficient. I was treated at my scheduled time; there were no long waits. The health care professional reviewed all of my records and even took time for me to provide lab results from another hospital that I had just become available. Recommendations for follow- up were provided and fully explained in language I could understand. The physician’s assistant really listened to me and provided a caring, knowledgeable consultation.
