I switched insurances and called a month before my annual visit to verify they accepted it. They told me they accepted my insurance on the phone but when I arrived (after fasting for 5 hours for bloodwork and driving 30 minutes there) was told that they do not. This place is not being run well.
I was seen by a Dr. Rainer Ricanor a pain management Dr. on Wednesday for the first time. He was very thorough. Did not rush me. Went over my medical records.I was very pleased with him. The staff was very polite and courteous. I didn't have to wait at all.
It is an easy access or me. I live in the same sip code. I am happy with all the physicians who have taking care of my health.
Upon arrival I had already checked in online, I had never had a gynecology appointment at this facility and simply asked the front desk person where to wait for gynecology. She was an older woman with glasses and red hair. I did not ask her anything that required her to use a computer or more simply more than 2 seconds of her time. She snapped back at me quickly saying that she “literally just got in and you need to give me a second”, the man next to her followed by saying the three digit waiting room number which is all I required of her. I wish that the facility would invest in front desk people that cared being they are the face of the business and the heart of the hospitality presence.
Doctor Nick is great at Crystal run healthcare. He’s on point and knows his stuff 100%. They are usually late to calling you in for the appointment. My grandma had an appointment for 12:30 today and didn’t get in until 12:47 which is disappointing considering there was barely anyone in the lobby. Then on other occasions you have to let someone know you are still waiting because they simply never come out from the back. They need to step a few things up then it would be better. I understand the frustrating reviews I’ve seen after I experienced some of those issues they explained in their reviews today.
