Sleep center makes it so easy to do your testing.they demonstrate how to use all the equipment and which mask works for you. They take their time making sure you don't feel rushed and make small talk with you so you don't feel like just a # to them. Stopping in or calling my medical supply store is super easy when you have any questions and they give a ton of advice. I am not a fan of centracare but love the people at the sleep center. Plus, they didn't even attempt to guilt me in to sleeping there. I have recommended 4 people there and all had sleep apnea, 2 of them were extreme sleep apnea. All 4 are sleeping great now.

Dr. Payne is truly amazing. With his neurology combined with his sleep study background makes him a great doctor to listen too. His knowledge of everything makes for a great experience for the patient who may be not so thrilled for the referral or for a patient new to the area. I highly recommend him.

Devices for sleep studies HAVE to be returned the next morning, which isn't helpful at all to those like me who have very active epilepsy and can't legally drive. What's the callers response when I brought this up? "Just get someone else to drop it off" Cool thanks for assuming I have people around me, which I don't. You not having enough devices isn't my problem, my epilepsy and inability to get anywhere is though. You people are horrible for not being more available to those who can't get around. I suggest to everyone just do the study and don't worry about getting the devices back in a timely manner.

After the Sleep Center receives your referral they do not even bother to call you to schedule your sleep study. You have to call them. Then after the sleep study has been done. Again they don't call you to go over the results or to schedule a follow up appointment. I just got off the phone with the Sleep Center and they told me I would have to follow up with my primary care doctor. I said well isn't that your job to recommend what sleep apnea machine is required. No it's not our job. If your doctor puts in another referral just to let you know we are scheduling out 3.5 months. What a joke.

Best doctor—Dr.Payne. Great clinic! Dr. Payne is by far the best sleep doctor I have been to BECAUSE he listens. When you are with him, you have his attention. He’s calm and concerned about you—not rushing to get to the next patient. I have appreciated his help for over 15 years!
