One of the worthiest experiences going there. I came earlier than my appointment, no one was there to answer phone and no reception to accommodate early patients! While leaving the patient(a kid) was little slow in getting ready to leave, how can she get threaten that the security will come to take her out as a criminal!!! Few minutes not the end of the world! This is rude.

Jeanette Shouldn’t even be working with patients. She is very difficult and very bossy and does not listen. No bedside manner always on the intercom yelling at you.! Stay away!!! Old equipment No professionalism

Just had to complete a sleep study there with my seven year-old who was nervous about the experience. Anthony helped to settle her in and hooked up all of her wiring, and he could not have been nicer! He put her at ease and he explained the situation clearly and simply for her to understand. He really made what would normally be a rather unpleasant experience , a much more pleasant night all around!

I was contacted about a worker who was filming people while people while using there bathroom facilities that I have for about a year for personal issues and blood work for medication that I’m on.Kind of disturbing this can happen in such a “ professional private environment, such as bathroom facilities in a five star rated hospital on Long Island” if anybody has used the bathroom between the years of 2023 to 2025 please get in contact with proper authorities to state your claim.

Appointment was easy to make, which took place 1 month away, which is normal, considering almost every specialist or center when you book an appt. I drove here at night, so quick tip when you drive up and see Julia Dialysis Building keep driving up because it is behind it... My appointment was at 8 pm, and I got there at 740pm, I took the stairs down, and towards the left door; I was greeted and brought in a room really quick. They explain you can eat drink change clothes before they set you up. The technician who helped my 3-year-old toddler was very nice and professional. Robert took his time and worked with my ASD daughter to feel right at ease setting the wires. They provide you with a towel, soap, and an extra blanket. The study lasted till 7 am, and they don't rush you to leave. Overall, I had a great experience not only for myself but for my little one. Now, I just have to wait 2 weeks for the results. FYI, the generator kicked on twice due to the snow storm the night I went in, but it was early in the study, which didn't affect gathering data.
