Very unprofessional Came in through emergency vehicle and still had to go to the waiting room and was told the weight is three hours and there’s no options to find out how many people are in line before you but I heard them tell somebody else that they had three more people in front of them. it was very ghetto and unprofessional.. especially the Emergency room..ppl are to feel safe when they don’t here especially the front desk workers are extremely rude And disgusting the hospital lobby was filthy too
Wife had ankle surgery this week. The greeters at the entrance made sure I didn’t put my sticker on my nice jacket but my shirt instead. That’s a small thing but shows real consideration. Mike the reception worker was great! Tiffany and Haley (sorry if that’s not right) were excellent in the PACU. The surgeon, other team providers and supporting staff made a tense experience manageable and really quite nice considering the context. Thank you!
It needs some updates, but still glad To have a neighborhood hospital! It is accessible and it was the closest hospital accepting patients when I really needed emergency services! Some upgraded equipment and the atmosphere leaves something to be desired, but they saved my life . Sandra, NP, even gave me a Telehealth call while still in the room and I am long forward to the Cognitive and Physical Rehabilitation Services offered on the convenience of neighborhood services and follow up care!
🏥For years I never wanted to go here! I had to have an out patient procedure done! The facility looks good! Since it changed from St Anthony to OSU East hospital the remolding looks great! My experience with the registration, to the prep for outpatient procedure until the discharge! Everyone was really nice! The nurses, the assistant, the student & the doctor all were great! 👩⚕️👨🏽⚕️🏥(photos are of the 1st floor)
They made the best out of the worse. This has been one of the most exceptional experiences I've had receiving treatment. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was nice that the pharmacy and bistrOH was conveniently located within the building..this created a hassle free environment during my visit. Only down side is since they provide great care, their waiting room may take a while.
