The Sleep Center At White Plains Hospital

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE......It took me two and a half weeks to get a response to my initial phone calls where I was asked to get a referral and a copy of my doctor's diagnostic notes. It has now been two weeks since my doctor sent those in and I have made five follow up calls with no reply. Extremely horrible way to run a professional office. I'm going to look elsewhere.

This center should be shut down. Unlike the rest of White Plains Hospital, which is spectacular, this center will make you LOSE SLEEP while you are trying to schedule a sleep study. Christina, the ONLY receptionist available, is extremely rude and condescending over the phone and will either engage in a phone tag with you or straight up hang up during your call. I have gone ahead and filed a complaint with White Plains Hospital's Patient Relations. Like the other reviewer, I have decided to go elsewhere. It is 2025 and this atrocious level of disregard for customer service should not be tolerated.

The Sleep Center. Where do I start? How about the fact that despite the name, there are absolutely zero sheep on the premises. Now I know what you're thinking. Yes, I looked in the bathroom. Yes, I looked in the fire extinguishers. No, I didn't look in the attic because it was covered in thick, rusting chains and I was thrown out before I could cut them with my handy Spalding Thick Rusty Chain Cutters. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for my son for a sleep study for over 2 weeks and I kept getting the run around. First they asked for the referral (I sent it) then the doctors notes my referring doctor said they sent it multiple times. Eventually I got tired and scheduled an appointment elsewhere. The person that is in charge of scheduling needs to work on her customer service.
