I was charged a $50.00 copay for a less than 5 minute telehealth call, If I new that I would have went in the office instead, So after challenged the copay with there billing office, I was told that the way it is! And dropped as a patient if it wasn’t payed! great way to do business

Took my father for a sleep consult at the Ghaly Sleep Center. I was very happy with our experience and I would highly recommend them. There was a mix up with the time of our appointment (my fault) and they fit us in and were very kind and helpful and we got a sleep study done right away. Very positive doctor experience.

I've used Ghaly for a sleep study and support for sleep apnea. The sleep study was tedious, you can hear others also doing the study and the noises can wake you up which was not ideal. The larger issue has come with the lack of responsiveness from the team after starting cpap therapy. I've had issues with the device settings multiple times and often have to call several times or never hear back. It has been frustrating to not have help or follow up after begging a treatment such as this. It seems like they gatekeep their staff after their initial diagnosis. My medical issues have spiraled worse since starting with their recommendations, mainly i feel it has been due to lack of aussport and contact when additional help is needed.

Looks like people love it for nighttime breathing issues. It’s garbage if you have narcolepsy. Do yourself a favor and find a better provider with better support staff, where you won’t go without necessary medications for over a month every time insurance requests a new prior authorization.

I don't remember the name of the girl that took care of me . But she was amazing. She made me so comfortable and there were issues with things staying in place and she was great at problem solving the issues. Very nice and professional. I would recommend her very highly to anyone. There was also a man that helped at one point and he was also very professional and very understanding. Overall the study was great, well as great as it can be with all the wires.
