The clinic disclosed PHI data for my minor child violating HIPPA. Jessica Prajapati in billing is rude and unhelpful. She needs to learn some customer service skills. Fix your billing practices and train your employees. Bills, especially for minor children shouldn't be sent to unauthorized parties. Service transactions on bills should be able to be separated out by service date, and a break down of insurance vs patient responsibility per service date. Turn your hold music down. WAY TOO LOUD

Do not choose noran neurology!!! My first doctor was great,DR Stabb! She suddenly left Noran quite a few months ago...I was assured I would get a knew primary neurologist...which has yet to happen. Did a bunch of tests wich showed severl different , serious issues one of the docs wanted to do a spinal tap to rule out further possible issues b4 starting treatments. Was told to that after my results came back, THAN make my next visit. Hospital never called me to have that done..as instructed to do so.now they are claiming I missed 3 appointments (,which i never scheduled or told about, so I got a letter saying they will not longer see me due to missing 3 appointments i never nor did I get any reminder .messages... very bad staff and somewhat agress6 and argumentative...and their doctors are even wors,and terrible!!!!!

Like many of the other reviews of what people experienced, I, too, had a bad experience with Noran Neurology. When trying to schedule from a referral my doctor made to Noran Neurology, I asked to see a different provider than I saw one time a year ago. My doctor even encouraged me to request a different provider here who would be more helpful and not as dismissive and who actually specifically specializes in what she wanted to be evaluated for me. The receptionist from Noran was incredibly rude, she told me that I’m not allowed to request a different provider and that they have a policy that requires patient stay with the same provider for 3 years. That policy doesn’t not even sound legal, patient have the right to switch to a different provider for any reason! This “policy” is restrictive and forces patient to be stuck seeing a provider even if they didn’t get proper care or were dismissive and not a good doctor. I feel like it’s incredibly discriminatory and highly violating a patients rights! I decided not to schedule here because of this bogus “policy” and the disrespect, unprofessionalism, and rudeness. I do not recommend Noran to anyone! Highly disappointed and upset with how I was treated!

I've been seen here several times over the past 3 years and have yet to really have a great experience. I normally schedule the first appointment for the day and only once has my Dr. been on time. I usually get seen about 20 minutes after my scheduled time even though they tell me to be there 20 minutes before my scheduled time. I have been trying to get a handle on tension headaches and have been prescribed lots of meds with really only minor success. After finally getting an MRI, my Dr suggested more muscle relaxers. We have tried that and had no success at all. When I read the notes from the radiologist for myself, there was mention of a bulging disc in my neck. My doctor didn't even mention it. I bought a $12 neck support pillow on Amazon and have resolved 95% of my tension headaches. I will not be going back here ever again as they were only interested in prescribing me medication. The Dr didn't even acknowledge the fact that I had a physical problem that could be treated without drugs. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the front desk staff and all of the nurses I interacted with were very polite and professional.

I was completely satisfied with my care. Although it took me some time to see Dr. Friday...completely my fault..Dr. Friday was excellent both in her understanding of my particular condition and her evident knowledge. She's also very sweet. I appreciate her care. It does take some time to schedule an appointment, however. But overall the experience went well.
