M Health Fairview Sleep Center Brooklyn Park

My brother David was at the sleep center twice for sleep studies. He has some mental issues. He was very upset both times I picked him up. He said the guy that did the sleep study set up and monitoring was rude and unprofessional. He was short with him and said rude things to him. I wished I could have talked with this man because he would have learned very quickly how to treat people with respect.

Hello, I would like to start by stating I have been a long time patient at the Fairview Brooklyn Park Sleep Center and I buy all my CPAP supplies from fairview medical supplies. I Think I have been a pretty loyal customer and up until now I have been a satisfied patient. August 27th 2024 I attempted to get a appointment with Dr Svee after I learned from fairview medical supplies that medicare would not pay for any of my CPAP supplies. You see I had just turned 65 and started medicare. I was told I needed a appointment with Dr Svee to certify I still had sleep apnea ? Go figure like its going to go away ? The sleep center told me the soonest appointment available was February 13th 2025 . I wasn't thrilled but understood I that I would need to wait my turn and would have to buy the supplies myself until I had this February 13th appointment. On November 18th I was contacted my Sandra at the sleep center to advise me that they would have to reschedule my appointment because Dr Svee schedule had changed and advised that my new appointment would be April 30th 2025 . At this point I advised Sandra that I was living off a very small fixed income and this was becoming a financial hardship. I was advised that this was the best they could do for me . I did ratet his clinic as a 1 on this review but would actually rate them a zero if the Google system would allow me to go lower. I close with I am beyond very disappointed I seriously feel when they canceled my February 13th appointment that a strong effort should have been made to give me a similar appointment not one 2 and 1/2 months later then the long wait I already had . I was seen by Kent Svee for a follow up on my sleep apnea on 1/22/20. This was the worst experience I ever had with a health care professional. He didn't want any questions, I had to make another appt to have my questions answered. He was running late so he was hurried, talked fast & looked at the computer most of the time. He said the mask seal doesn't mean anything & it doesn't mean air leaks. Coughing at night has nothing to do with breathing thru my mouth. There was a definite personality conflict because he asked me why I scheduled with him & I said the clinic I go to closed & they just scheduled me with him. He just got up & walked out & didn't say anything. His nurse Susan came in and was very kind, compassionate & explained he was hurried because he is behind in his appts.

I visited the sleep center to get assistance with my CPAP supplies and machine since it had been several years since my gear was updated and it was not working properly. Erin was extremely kind, personable, patient, and helpful. She did literally everything she could do to help me; going above and beyond. Excellent experience and I would refer anyone needing help along this vein, to Erin. Thank you again!

I've been going to this clinic for about 8 years all through my pregnancies and my kids pediatrician is there Dr Templen is the best .. She always made me feel so reassured and confident in my parenting and my concerns. .they wI'll be woth her till we can't anymore
