Always different staff, giving shots. Walked in staff sitting on front desk, on phone call probably personal. Had to wait until they were done with the conversation to be checked in. Then, after I went back to get my shot, I was refused because I could not wait a half hour after the shot. I've been getting the same shot every month. Nothing has changed on the dose. I will be going to a more professional business for my shots. Had been with them for a couple years.
Ciera is the most delightful person to coordinate and schedule my shots with. I truly love this practice because the staff is fantastic. Ciera is super organized and does all the legwork so all I have to do is show up for my shots. Thank you for all you do to help me Ciera!
I went in for allergy testing. All staff were friendly and helpful. From the receptionist, to the nurse doing the actual test, to the provider who gave me the results and went over treatment options. They all did a great job explaining what the forms were, what the costs would be, what to expect during and after testing, and going over my results and what shot packages were available based on my needs. Wait time was only a few minutes from when I finished my check-in paperwork to when I was called back. The whole process was quick and actually painless. 100% recommend this office!
Sara and Dr Randolph were great! The front desk is also super organized and completed my intake process as fast as I could fill out the forms. I appreciated that many patients came in for their allergy shots and were seen right away. No one was waiting for more than a few minutes.
Just had my initial appointment in Dublin last night. Everyone is so nice and patient! They really do want to help you to deal with your allergies and making them better! I look forward to continuing with treatment!
