I am leaving this review for Langone imaging only CT scan and ultrasound.I'm not going to lie getting through to them on the phone you'll be pressing buttons for a "minute". And forget about the parking lot, That's a job in itself. But they have an medical app that is flawless where you'll get your results with images usually within a day or two. I travel halfway across Long Island just to use this place.
Absolutely terrible customer/patient service. In October, my husband had to schedule an appointment a month and a half away to review test results with the nurse practitioner overseeing him. He received a notification about an appointment opening due to a cancellation a week before his scheduled appointment and he decided to take it. Today was the new scheduled appointment and this morning he received a message that his appointment was cancelled and to call back to reschedule. Instead of squeezing him in somewhere this week, they gave him the next available appointment at the end of January. I am so disgusted by the lack of empathy. None of the employees I spoke with cared or went out of their way to try and get him in. So absolutely disappointing and horrible. How many months does a patient have to wait to review test results? NYU Langone do better for your patients
Complete zoo! I've never seen such a small building with so many cars and people packed into the parking lot. It is to the point they hired valet parking because it's so ridiculous. A good portion of the parking lots are blocked off for employee parking only. The rest of the spots are taken up by patients. Anywhere you can park along curbs is blocked off with hundreds of cones. I avoid this place whenever I have a doctor that is located here. Not worth the headache.
Waited nearly an hour past my appointment time despite arriving early. Dr. Adam Keslonsky was rough during the exam, misjudged my injury, and offered little guidance after diagnosing a sprain. Very disappointing experience.
I had an appointment scheduled for 2:45 PM with Dr. Adam Keslonsky and was instructed to arrive at 2:15 PM, which I did. Despite this, I wasn’t seen until 3:10 PM — nearly an hour after my scheduled time. The entire patient room was cleared out and I was still not seen until having to ask multiple times. This kind of delay, especially when you're in pain, is unacceptable. When I was finally seen, Dr. Keslonsky handled my injured foot roughly, causing more pain during the examination. I was initially told I was “fine,” but then sent for an X-ray, which even the radiologist said it was a sprain and be gentle. Even after that, I was advised to “just walk on it,” without proper instructions or care guidance. He showed no care, no eye contact or even concern for me or my injured foot. The overall experience felt rushed, dismissive, and lacking in empathy. I left feeling frustrated and still uncertain about how to treat my injury properly. Patients deserve to be treated with care, not indifference.
