She carefully listened to my concerns, answered every question thoroughly, and helped me select a mask and cushion that are both comfortable and effective. Thanks to her friendly demeanor and attention to detail, what could have been a stressful experience was instead straightforward and reassuring. I left feeling confident and well-informed. I was so nervous when I was walking into this appointment but I left feeling calm and confident in this new journey. Susan was so kind and helpful with me. My husband had an appointment the other day in St.Paul and even though it was taking a long time for my husband to get into a room, the clinician, Danyel, was incredibly patient. While we waited, she and I talked about the struggles he’s been having with his CPAP. She was so understanding and offered several helpful ideas to make it easier for him. She also provided me information about my own machine, which is different from his, and showed me how to adjust the settings. She truly went above and beyond more than anyone ever has during an appointment and never made us feel rushed or pushed out the door because of time. Danyel joked with us, made us feel comfortable, and created an environment that felt more like visiting a friend than a clinical appointment. We genuinely appreciate her kindness, patience, and exceptional care.
