A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital

Looked at many places around, this place is great! The staff is very friendly and caring. You can ask the staff and the patients and they all say how great they treat the patients. Even patients that use to work at nursing homes say how great they are treated here.

I have spent many nights with my mom who is currently on comfort care. I have observed the loving competent care given to her and to the other residents. The staff in all departments has been wonderful.I am a retired RN ,I've worked at many facilities and this place is top notch.

My brother is a resident. I drove up from Maryland to visit. The staff members were outstanding. It was clean, decorated for Halloween, and I found my brother listening to a band in the dining room. He told me he is well taken care of and he really likes it there.

I have to say the staff at Chase nursing home are wonderful. They really take care of my mother and are friendly. The only problem that I see, is that they need to hire more people! The staff work very hard and they do double duty.

My mother in law ended up getting sepsis while here. She was neglected and mistreated by staff. She had such severe bed sores that the hospital had to treat it and took photos of it for abuse cataloging. When the ambulance came to get her from chase the nurse told the ambulance driver “she’s been a problem person since we got her” to the ambulance drivers dismay, she responded that their problem is they do not like people advocating for themselves. And that is exactly it. If I could give this place zero stars I would. If you love your family do not send them to chase memorial. Especially if they cannot talk to verbalize what is going on there. I hope they are not going there for rehab either, as it should not even offer it. It’s a joke. It is dirty, they have cats jumping up on tables residents eat from, it is unsafe, it is not friendly and half of the people there should not be in the medical care field. Please do not ever send your family here.
