DO NOT GO HERE!!This facility has been the most difficult medical office I have ever dealt with. For over a year, there have been ongoing and unresolved communication failures. Phone calls, emails, texts, and faxes routinely go unanswered. As a result, I have repeatedly been forced to drive to the office in person simply to have my prescription called in. During this time, the office manager previously acknowledged these issues, explained that the phone system was not working properly, and stated that a new system was being implemented to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, the same issues persist today. On my most recent visit, after receiving no response to calls or pharmacy faxes, I again drove to the office. I calmly explained my situation to the front desk staff and asked if the pharmacy fax could be addressed. I was told it would be handled. I also requested to speak with a manager, as I had done during previous visits. I was told everyone was busy and that someone would contact me. After waiting, another receptionist assisted me and confirmed that my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. At that point, I was unexpectedly told that I would no longer be allowed to come into the office regarding prescription issues and was accused of bullying a staff member and making her cry. This accusation was shocking and untrue. At no time did I raise my voice, act aggressively, or behave disrespectfully. I was firm, but calm, and simply seeking resolution to an ongoing issue. I asked for the manager and attempted to explain what had actually occurred. I was not given the opportunity to be heard, nor was there any indication that the situation would be reviewed objectively (for example, by checking security footage). Instead, it was assumed that I was at fault without any investigation. This experience was deeply disappointing. After a year of patience and understanding regarding the office’s system failures, being falsely accused and dismissed without consideration was unacceptable. Patients should not be blamed for repeated administrative breakdowns, especially when they have consistently attempted to resolve issues respectfully.

THIS CLINIC IS DOING ILLEGAL THINGS. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. This clinic will not fill out FMLA paperwork. Chrystal Keys will pretend to be a doctor even though she is listed as Nurse Practitioner. I ASKED HER TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK for FMLA and it was listed on the visit as the main concern. She did not want to fill out FMLA paperwork. When I asked to put that refusal in writing. She became upset with me and unprofessional, yelling at me that she will not do that. I asked if she has ever done that for a patient and she said Yes. And when I asked if she was a doctor, she said yes. This place is a fraud. Please do not come here.

Very unprofessional!! I'm a first time patient and I scheduled my appointment roughly 2 weeks in advance. So I take a vacation day to make this appointment. They schedule me for 240p appointment on Friday. I show up, they ask me my name. Oh you a new patient, we will have to reschedule you because we close at 3p and there is new patient paperwork that takes 30min to complete. They should have told you that when I was scheduled. Sorry 🙁

Terrible, DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT ADEQUATE CARE. Over the last several months, since Charnock has retired this office has gotten worse Naishadh Brahmbhatt is the doctor I have now been forced to see. My first visit with him he wanted to just up and change my medication when I’ve been a patient there for 15 years and there have been no issues with my treatment. When I questioned why we would change anything he could not provide a legitimate answer and has given me issues ever since with getting a refill. I have to contact the office for weeks each month to get my medication. I get no response, no prescription sent to the pharmacy and nasty attitudes as of if I have done something wrong. Seems to be retaliation because I don’t really care to switch from a medication that has been working for me for 15 years to a medication that gets the doctor cool points from his drug rep. I have narcolepsy so it has become a serious concern of my safety and quality of care at this point.

GREAT Dr & Staff!!! My mother has been seeing them for twenty plus years. They didn't expect her to still be here. But GOD!
