Not only is Saint Croix Falls Hospital and Clinic a value to Saint Croix Falls area, it’s a relaxing setting, where you know you’ll be cared for. This mornings beautiful sunrise looking at the Hospital and Clinics.
I have used this clinic for 27 years and have always gotten excellent care. The doctors have been wonderful, highly skilled in their area of expertise. They show concern for me as a patient.
I think a lot of times when people are rating healthcare facilities they are thinking of their personal experience. And not all of our health experiences are very enjoyable. I wanted to leave a good review for the Saint Falls clinic because every time I go there to see my Doctor she always makes me feel heard and really tries to make me feel like my concerns are being addressed. Even if I'm nervous talking about some of my personal concerns she always makes me feel comfortable and has no problem explaining or helping with questions. Any doctor that I have dealt with in the clinic has been nice and takes the time to listen. And to me that is what makes a good healthcare experience even if what we are facing is not enjoyable.
When I need an appointment I can get in within a week at most, sometimes same day and they employ the best doctor I've ever had, Ruth Smith. It can sometimes be more difficult to get an appointment with her because she is in the Navy and I assume because she's an amazing doctor, but she is worth the wait. We will be moving a couple hours away from the area but I will drive back to see Doctor Smith as long as she still works here.
The staff is really good, but the Doctors dont seem to care. Everytime I go here the Doctors always seem to be in such a hurry to get rid of you. They barely even look at you while you are explaining the symptoms you are dealing with. Very frustrating.
