I had an overnight sleep study here in February 2025 and was told the total cost would be $3,885. Afterward, I was unexpectedly billed an additional $509 for a 20-minute telehealth call with Dr. Weir just to receive the results. This extra charge was never disclosed beforehand. It is unreasonable to pay nearly $4,000 for a sleep study (on top of $770 for an initial take-home sleep-study!) only to be charged separately to find out what the study showed. I feel misled and frustrated by this lack of transparency. Patients deserve clear, upfront information about all costs — especially at these prices. Update: I see that the owner has replied to my original post requesting that I call their financial office. However, the number they provide is for Nuvance's billing office, which I have spoken to several times already attempting unsuccessfully to have this charge removed.

Dr. Kass perfectly explained the results of my sleep study and the study itself was very comfortable and they were unbelievably hospitable (Even ordered me food from a local Italian place) Incredibly grateful for the staff and doctors here

Really bad doctor, fortunately the sleep study was good but the doctor there didn’t know how to interpret it usefully has to find a good doctor somewhere else to do that.
