Centra Outpatient Rehabilitation located in the same building as Centra Medical Group are outstanding! I was very skeptical about physical therapy until I was required to go for my knees. They have been wonderful and I cannot believe the difference in just a few weeks. All of the therapists are wonderful and nice and I have enjoyed something that I was originally dreading. Highly recommend.

I’ve never had a bad visit with this practice . From the front desk , to the nursing staff and Dr Ksionski, all perform with knowledge, understanding and patience . I’ve never had to wait longer than five minutes for a visit either . They are all good as gold to me and I appreciate it very much .

The Physical Therapy team is the best! I’ve been going for therapy sessions for a few weeks and have a significant improvement in strength. Thank you!

I was under the impression that a "walk-in clinic" was just that. Sadly, I am mistaken. Doctor's offices have appointments to be seen, not walk in clinics. CMG needs staff to run the walk in side of their facility, instead of taking doctors and nurses away from their own patients.

I’d give negative if I could. this is the second time I have been refused care at this supposed urgent care facility. I was informed this morning when I went for urgent care that both their scheduled and urgent appointments were full for the day. At 10 am I guess they know what urgent problems will arise during the shift. When I arrived I couldn’t even tell if they were open- no cars on parking area and no patients were waiting inside. But I was refused on the basis (so they say) of being full. Poor quality care to the nth degree. Have included a picture of the parking lot
