2 time meeting with Dr Koenig he's treating my wife,in the last ten years this caring doctor has given us more to the point information then all the other doctors put together and also hes staff has been terrific . it is very comforting knowing your dealing with someone who 1st of all listen to what we have to say and that makes you feel like you count and that he will do all he can no promises just care thank you .
Love my doctor, but................ The office staff is always pleasant but being on hold for more than 10 minutes is totally unacceptable. Trying to make an appointment when needed unheard of. I even see the NP when my doctor is booked and she is awesome. 2 stars is for the office. I am not sure why the phones go unanswered or being on hold to make an appointment is excessive. I try to leave a message for the nurse hoping.
The office staff was friendly and I was called in at exactly my appt time! Dr. Seth Koenig was excellent. He has a great bedside manner, was very thorough, and was extremely patient. He answered every question, explained everything in detail, and made me feel like family. Can’t ask for anything more from a doctor! Wonderful experience!
Love the staff but went to the sleep study and they said it’s like a mini hotel room! i think NOT they provide horrible pillows and the bedspread is no thicker than a dishrag!! thankfully i bought my own pillows but unfortunately i didn’t bring a blanket so I was cold all night!! i would not recommend doing a sleep study in there office ever!! i honestly don’t know how they can say they provide blankets it’s a joke!
The Doctor Harris was great, unfortunately the office is so bad that I cannot go back. They did not put my insurance in at the labs, nor did they put my prescriptions in my pharmacy, even after about 5 phone calls, speaking to 4 different people. I never got a phone call back and they never action anything that they say they are going to do. ITs really too bad since the doctor and PA where really good and thorough. I just don't have any more patience for this office so now I have to start over again, and I don't have a refill for my asthma medication.
