my grandpa had an appointment at 8:30. we got there at 8:15 just in case we had to sign papers, the lady also mentioned that we can come 15 minutes early. we knocked twice and no answer. we even called them and again no answer. two people also showed up and gave them a call but they didn’t answer. by that time it was already 8:37 and no answer. lights were off. we waiting until 9 and nothing. would not go here again. if i could give them 0 stars i would. terrible service.
Great customer service. The place is very comfortable and the people friendly and attentive.Thanks to Yuly and Leslie (hope I got her name right). They truly made me feel like at home.
They misdiagnosed me with Obstructive Sleep Apnea when I had Central Sleep Apnea. I just started my CPAP therapy last night, it did not help even slightly, when I woke up this morning and went through a summary of the results it recorded 0 Obstructive events. It instead recorded Central Events. Which is what I personally experienced when fell asleep a complete lack of respiratory effort. I told them this. i told them to look for that. Not only did they misdiagnosis me, they wouldn't even talk to me afterwards to answer questions I had or provide me the raw data. I'm still trying to get the raw data from the exam. I'm contacting a lawyer after this. Oh and the night of the study I showed up on time to my appointment they left me locked out of the building for an hour. Don't trust this place.
Good Day, I had my sleep study done here at the Sleep Life Center and it was a Great and Memorable experience! I was a lil nervous, because I did not know what to expect, because it was my first time ever doing a sleep study, however Victor made me feel comfortable by being away from home for the night. Victor was also very courteous, kind and showed Professionalism. The facility was Very Clean and the bed super comfortable. 😊 The environment felt very safe as well.
Had a wonderful experience at Sleep life Center. Karen was the technician that assisted me, and I have to say her service is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, she make sure that I was feeling comfortable 100%. Very professional. Explained exactly what the whole study was about, what everything was for. The place overall, was very clean and sanitize, better than many hotels. Overall, a great experience.
