The doctor (Dr.Nwaiser) was amazing! However, I was scheduled for a sleep study intake and no one ever called me back. I also was waiting for authorization for the sleep clinic and a week later, they call me asking me about my results??! I’m not sure if it’s a management issue but to do this to someone seeking help due to severe insomnia, is awful! Don’t go here and think you will get help!

I think Dr. Nwaiser was so kind and attentive. However, the center is only geared towards sleep apnea rather than insomnia. I hope that it expands to a problem that so many suffer from.
I did a home study, they told me they saw something so they wanted me to come into the office and do a sleep study that also does the CPAP machine halfway through. I left my job early to do the sleep study and when I got there they hooked me up I asked the guy when do they hook up the CPAP he told me the doctor canceled CPAP order it was just going to be the first part of the test I was kind of confused and annoyed. When I called the office today I found out my sleep study was fine that I did from home so there was no reason for me to leave my job early to go to a sleep study in office. I am not happy with this office I am very disappointed. The receptionist was excellent but as for the doctor not at all happy!
