I’m actually getting really Annoying with how they speak to me the people that answer the phone in radiology nasty attitude I give what I get. And everytime I come to check in and out with the ob these girls must really hate there jobs women are already going through so much the doctors and staff shouldn’t make this a miserable experience this is supposed to be exciting! I’ve had my one daughter there already and it was fine until they kept pushing and coming back in to give me the epidural

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the incredible team at Basset Hospital. Their quick action saved my mother’s life, and the level of care and compassion she’s received has given me so much peace knowing she’s in great hands. Her nurse this afternoon was an absolute gem — he deserves far more than just a thank you. Thank you, Basset Hospital, for your exceptional care and dedication. ♥️

During my visit, I was diagnosed without a thorough explanation or discussion of alternative diagnoses. This misdiagnosis has caused me unnecessary stress and confusion regarding my eye health. They lief and argued that spite their diagnosis was error-free, I consulted a Florida opthomologist who begs to differ dramatically from their self-serving assessment. **Improper and Unnecessary Eyewear Prescription**: Following the misdiagnosis, I was prescribed eyewear that I have since determined to be unnecessary. After further consultation, I discovered that my vision issues were misdiagnosed, leading to a prescription that did not meet my actual needs. Consequently, I had to cancel the order for the eyewear, resulting in a loss of my deposit. **Overcharges**: Additionally, I was charged an excessive amount for the alleged and unnecessary services provided. They refused to resolve the matter and sent the matter to collections. As an attorney, I plan to sue Bassett and the collection agency. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY!!!! I WILL NOT PAY THESE EXHORBITANT OVERCHARGES AND I AM PREPARED TO DEFEND MY POSITION IN COURT AND COUNTERSUE FOR DAMAGES.

This hospital should not be operational. Staff making fun of patients and ignoring cries for help in the emergency room, ignoring my family members call lights while all standing at the nurses station laughing and giving me attitude when I approached to ask them for help, saying “we couldn’t find your appendix,” and leaving it inside my family member to rot and fester twice before they had to fly out to Chicago to have surgery, not notifying us that our family member had almost died. Do not bring loved ones to this place. We will never go back here!

Hospital staff and care are great ; but the parking is absolutely terrible; I showed up 40 mins before my elderly mother’s appointments, it took me an hour to park outside the hospital, it was raining and my mom has dementia so I could not have left her alone in front of entrance . Two weeks later …. Unfortunately, I too was a patient in Bassett in Cooperstown; I had my gallbladder removed in an emergency,, everyone was well prepared and kind , except for one , a pathologist. I suffering from unquenchable thirst, I wanted to know if I have diabetes or what and why . I’m not a doctor, so I’m worried,; she came into my room with a horrible attitude telling me , there is no way I had diabetes. , telling I can leave the hospital since my operation went well . I’m very dissatisfied about this. Just another point to these hospital nutritionists, after a person has the gallbladder removed, a bland diet should of been advised ! It wasn’t . I’m also a healthcare worker , and I’ve never treated anyone with arrogance. To this doctor ; you should know better .
