I had an appointment and slept overnight at the sleep center. They diagnosed me, Dr. Gilda in your Milford Center. My previous machine was set for 16 to 18 psi and was assured that my new Philips would be exactly the same. I have complained because I have awoken in the middle of the night because I am starved for air. The machine listed my psi as 14 psi.. I have made numerous complaints in the past, Dr. Guilda has always said everything was good. I just ordered an oxygen finger meter and it lists my oxygen levels at 92. I am going make to my original machine, at least I know the pressure is properly set.
