I arrived about 20 minutes late and they were very courteous and still saw me. She took the time to show me in detail how to use the machine and how to adjust the mask. She answered all questions and was very kind and nice. Great customer service.
Got there about 8:20 pm for my sleep study. The two techs were very nice and very knowledgeable. There are other rooms and my or may not be filled the same night. Wore two piece PJ outfit and was hooked up to ALL the monitor leads and wires all over your head some on your chest and then on your chin of one leg Theres a two way audio to use for you or the tech. Then in the morning you are done and on your way by 6:30am the latest. I was the last one done. After I went through Dunkin Donuts for coffee and muffin to treat myself.
