The night tech was very kind and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this sleep lab.

Been to 4 appointments including the sleep study. Beds were uncomfortable no wifi, tiny TV w no cable, they say so you'll go to sleep. Well if you had some wifi I could play a TV show I've seen a million times, THAT would put me to sleep. Every appointment they make me wait 30 min while having signs everywhere that if you cancel within 24 hours you owe them $50.00. So THEIR time is valuable but not the patient. Last appointment they kept me waiting 90 min between waiting room and exam room just to schedule my appointment for the study Completely disorganized. I showed up to my appointment today after receiving their text message warnings for two days of appointment and show up early like they ask and they haven no record of my appointment. Went to window to ask if they'd like to reschedule me after waiting 40 minutes in the waiting room. They say someone scheduled me for an appointment on a day my doctor is not there. I tell the lady that SHE'S the one that scheduled me. Rescheduled appointment for the weeks from now. Highly unprofessional and disorganized. Would NOT recommend.

Waiting room in desperate need of fresh paint and a good scrub down. Same with exam room. Very poor phone coverage, called multiple times; phone rings about 20 times and then recording comes on. No one calls back. Been waiting three weeks for them to tell me if my insurance approved or denied my sleep study. I finally got someone on the phone. I've made zero progress with this place. Go somewhere else!

This place is a joke. Not a way to run a business. Every single time I call I have to let it ring at least 50 times and it then gets bounced to an answering service who keeps telling me to call back in 15 minutes. I do. Same thing. I've never experienced such a poor form of business management. I've notified them multiple times of the troubles with their phone lines but nothing is done. I've had to email and fax the office and actually drive over there for any sort of contact. It is really a shame because their Nurse Practitioner Laura is wonderful. This office does not deserve her. She is the most caring and genuine person I've ever met. She is definitely not appreciated or recognized for her above and beyond work ethic. I will be leaving this practice because of their horrible customer service experience. I will miss Laura tremendously.

Every time I have been there I have waited for over an hr for my appointment. The waiting room is extremely dirty and in need of paint and flooring. The staff is not to friendly and seem to give repetitive tests. The Dr. does not give his full attention to the patient at all. I've been in a room with him and he will answer his phone and talk or text right in front of you like your not even there, then forget a script or notes. Unacceptable for a Dr. for sure.
