Normally, my experience here is pretty good. But today the receptionist was not wearing a mask and would not wear one. Most of the people in the back were not wearing one either. Even so far as to tell me I didn't have to wear one until I went into the back. Said it was hospital policy. This sign is literally right next to the window, stating it must be worn before entering any reception area. The guy before me even had a cough, and wasn't wearing one. This is a center for people with breathing complications while asleep and you can't be bothered to do the minimal of wearing a mask? It's great of the staff here to make people who have no choice but to come here feel unsafe.
