Poor customer service, you can never get through, I had to go in person to talk to someone about a sleep study I took months ago, now trying to call for an appt and always on hold

My husband has severe sleep apnea. It took almost a year to get an updated machine for it to now to be discontinued. He has requested a new mask & accessories (to no avail). I often wonder if they truly understand how dangerous sleep apnea really is. When he calls to speak to someone, he doesn't get a call back. When someone finally calls, he is told they will order him supplies (been waiting since January). I am very surprised to read so many negative comments as the sleep center is part of the Yale system (which has a high rating). I don't know how to solve the problem but I do know that communication and follow up are the key. Even if you don't have the solutions (which we trust you do), a follow-up call would be welcomed.

Waited 9 months for a consult, 1 week beforehand consult got switched to telehealth, then day of the consult they had technical difficulties connected, never were able to get camera working, and disconnected without any further follow up. Appointment was for 4:20pm, they didn't connect until after 4:30pm, so by the time they disconnected, the office was already closed, so I was not able to call and follow up, as the phones were already off. Very frustrating and unprofessional to just log off the telehealth communication without any direction of how to follow up further or how to rectify the situation.

Testing was very good, but after that the client service went terribly wrong. Way too long to get results about 3 weeks. Contact person couldn’t answer the simplest questions (not qualified) told a medical person would call, never happened. Absolutely no follow up on my concerns, couldn’t even have them answer the phone, forget about returning a call. If I wanted a company to FAIL these are the people I would definitely hire No Heart Emoji left 🤯

I must say that I am pleased with the treatment I received from this facility. I did a sleep test on February 21st, 2025 and the clinician(Marlene) that attended to me was extremely nice and made me feel so comfortable and stress free. I am a person that suffers from anxiety, of course I was nervous and anxious not knowing what to expect, but I have no regrets and complaints.
