It was much nicer here than where my previous sleep test was done. Bed was actually comfortable. I had a fan. Mylissa was amazing. (I hope I spelled her name right). They called me yesterday to explain my insurance would cover it(the insurance company in most situations is what takes the longest),what my co-pay was. And they said there was an appointment last night/today. So IMO. They were amazing from start to finish.

My experience with Sleep Telemedicine Services Inc. was excellent—aside from the obvious challenge of actually falling asleep, which was no fault of theirs. The facility was exceptionally clean, and to my surprise, my sinuses felt clearer that night than they had in a long time. Being able to breathe freely through my nose was a welcome change, as I typically struggle with nasal congestion and resort to mouth breathing at night. I was assisted by Melyssa, who provided outstanding care throughout the process. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, attentive, and patient. She made the “hook-up” process for the monitoring equipment easy to understand and surprisingly pleasant, thanks to her friendly personality and clear communication. The most challenging part of the night was simply adjusting to the number of wires attached—an unavoidable aspect of collecting accurate data. Finding a comfortable sleeping position took some time, and I only truly settled in during the last couple of hours. Still, whenever I had a question or accidentally disconnected a wire, I could press the button on my wrist, and Melyssa responded promptly and with a caring attitude. While I have not yet received my results, I left feeling optimistic that I may finally get real answers for my long-standing sleep issues. I am grateful for the professionalism and kindness I experienced, and I would highly recommend both Sleep Telemedicine Services Inc. and Melyssa to anyone in need of sleep study services. Thank you to the entire team—especially Melyssa—for making the experience as comfortable and reassuring as possible.

Emailed back and forth with scheduling and even sent over my insurance referral and Dr notes. Never heard from them after left. Called and Left vm for appt with no return call.

I have completed 2 sleep studies here now and the facility was comfortable and welcoming for an uncomfortable experience. The technician was very nice, explained everything thoroughly, and was a very positive advocate for treating sleep disorders and the benefits of treating the disorders. I am happy to not need to do another sleep study for the time being, but the facility and technician did their best to make it a good experience.

Visited this facility last night for an overnight stay of testing and it was a great experience. This is my second time staying somewhere for testing and this surpassed all expectations as my last stay with advent health wasn’t positive. Room is clean, techs are friendly & helpful, Very clean facility, clean bathroom. Was hesitant at first but would do it again if I needed too.
