Had an unplanned visit to the er today for some stitches. Staff from the receptionist, nurses and PE were all super friendly pleasant and helpful. I was seen immediately. The care was thorough and detailed. Definitely the quickest visit to the er ever. Thank you all!

Leaving 5 stars for the new wide bore MRI machine. It’s a bit loud, but they all are. I have claustrophobia but handled this easily. Julie broke it up in short timed segments and explained what was coming. She’s an excellent MRI tech. Don’t put it off if you need one done!
My experience at Lewis County General Hospital emergency room was up and above my expectations. Dr and staff, were very professional caring and explained in detail my illness and what I needed to do after my visit. I highly recommend Lewis county general hospital. In addition, I spent the evening there one night and the patient rooms are top-notch. The whole experience was incredible.
Speaking from experience working in a medical facility myself as an NA, I give these guys PROPS. My boyfriend’s Doctor was amazing (Dr. Buell) and was extremely understanding of him wanting to leave despite his pain and not being able to keep anything down. Dr. Buell helped a lot and ensured he was okay to go before he did. His nurses Mary and Dawn were absolutely amazing and his phlebotomist (I think her name was Juleanna) was excellent and a great poke as well. I appreciate everything the ED staff did to help us while also busy with things picking up today. Thank you Lewis County ❤️
