This practice is horrendous - from the office staff, the answering service, nurses and providers, the customer service, professionalism and human decency lacks. If you ask any question you are greeted with hostility and abuse. Waiting times at the office for appointments can be 4 hrs as if your time means nothing and we owe it to them to wait. Took one month to get a correct inhaler. Staff will book appointments for tests without telling you only for you to find out you have an appointment within 24 hours and supposed to drop everything for it. My life does not revolve around this practice. Run from this place unless you enjoy misery.
Would do zero stars if possible. For the last 5 appts we've had to wait 60 min, 60 min, 75 min, 90 min and 75 min past her appointments. She's 83 yrs old. I've finally convinced her to change doctors after our 75 minute wait today. Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible practice.
After having to wait 2-3 (or more) hours to see Ahmed Y. Khan, MD; I made an appointment for my 80 year old mother for the first appointment of the day. He never showed up! After 45 minutes of waiting we left and will never go back. This guy is arrogant, unprofessional, disrespectful and not even that good! Stay away from this practice.
Love my doctor treats me well and helps with my COPD. However I have a real hard time getting prescriptions filled. Right now I am on day 8 of getting one and this is the norm. I call daily leave voicemail no one calls me back and still waiting for my prescription to be filled.
I started at this practice with Dr Ahmed Khan who is excellent but after a few years things really went down hill. Having to wait 2-3 hours at each visit and getting scripts filled or a call back became too daunting and I eventually switched to Kristen who is an NP and was told that will never happen with her. I saw her like 4 times and everything went well with very little wait time for visits and no problems with refills until now. I have been very sick and have been calling the office 2 and 3 times a day to either get a prescription filled or a call back or an appointment. I even called twice today and left 2 messages for the office manager to call and nothing! This is beyond unacceptable when you are treating patients that have breathing problems and should not have to pay for an urgent care visit or an ER visit when they have a pulmonary doctor. What is the point of having a specialist in this field if they are of no use to you. Tomorrow I will be personally going there as sick as I am to get my records and get the hell out of there!!!!!!!!!
