Will rip you off and then lie to you about it over the phone. They see your data, you don’t have anything wrong with you, then tell you they didn’t get enough data and have you come in again so they can charge you again just to get the same results. Gabby the office manger doesn’t return your calls and then continues the lies to protect their money. Go literally anywhere else but this place. Will be speaking with my insurance company about their unethical practices.
I've been here twice in the last 2 months. Both times were no issues whatsoever. Friendly staff. Extremely helpful and never ran into problems for my sleep study , or my consultation follow up. I would ignore the negative reviews you are on here...
I wish I ready the reviews before I went there. I need to give my primary the feedback to stop referring to this place. And as you all can see from the history of the reviews, they are not doing anything to correct concerns. In my case, my sleep wasnt that bad but tended to be tired. Nobody ever said there was evidence of me stopping breathing or snoring while I sleep. But my primary said why dont you talk with them. I had my first appt where they asked me a lot of questions and said I should do a sleep study but didnt really tell me as to why. I didnt realize that visit would cost me $350 out of pocket. I do have a high deductible so that is partially on me. I called back to try and find out what the cost was going to be for the test and the follow up. After waiting in their queue for 11 minutes, I was told I would need to call the billing number. When I called there, they picked up pretty quickly but couldnt tell me what the cost would be because they didnt have procedure codes. They also said that the test would range from $75 - $750. With my high deductible, I would guess the later. Ands the follow up would be another fee. Since I was having a poor experience with this, I decided to call back and cancel my appts so I had to call back the original number again. This time I was waiting on hold for 13 minutes. I have decided to save the $1000 and just do what I should have done all along and work out more. Im sure I will sleep like a baby and have more energy. Tech Valley, dont bother replying asking to reach out because I dont wasnt to spend more time on this when you havent learned from the other feedback.
If 0 stars was a choice I’d choose that one. It’s well beyond frustrating. Why? 1. It’s beyond frustrating when you try to talk to a “live” person. 2. You leave voicemail messages, and a call is never returned. I have left messages with the office manager-calls never returned. 3. The physician who runs the practice never responds to my concerns when I have messaged him on the portal. 4. The whole entire process from having your initial sleep study, getting the results then actually obtaining your CPAP is dragged out for months! 5. The additional testing I had done, per P.A.s order was lost-no record of it saved electronically or on paper. Had to have additional testing because of lost testing. 5. Now…. Need 2nd sleep study in clinic before I can have a necessary surgery by another speciality. It’s beyond frustrating trying to have it scheduled. 6. It’s an extremely mismanaged practice. The only responsive person has been the current P.A. There is some type of breakdown in how the office is run, but not sure why. My husband has has had the same exact experience with them as he was seeking treatment. I’m ready to “jump ship”.
I only gave this practice one star because to comment I needed to give something. If I could, I’d give negative stars. First off, I’ve never left a negative online review for any practice or service; our treatment by this office has warranted it. We’ve worked with this practice for over a year, since 2/1/24. We’ve gotten nothing but a runaround. And my husband still doesn’t have the CPAP he needs. His sleep study didn’t occur until 9/20/24. We had a follow up scheduled for 10/24/24, but received a call on 10/11/24 that they were canceling the appointment because they “had no one to score the test and hadn’t for months”. I demanded to meet with the NP, and a call occurred on 10/14. The NP was very apologetic and tried to push for us; a few days after we spoke, she left the practice. Since then, we’ve been passed among providers. We tried to get his test sent to another sleep practice, but were told my husband would need another sleep study in clinic, and we’d have to pay out of pocket since insurance had previously paid for the first one. We finally got word in December that they had someone to read the test, and the office would call to schedule his follow up within 2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks and had to call myself to schedule the appointment. I was told they were delayed in calling due to “short staffing”. We finally met with another NP in early January. She called in the CPAP order to the supplier only after I called to get her to do so. The supply company, MSC, has been nothing short of professional and pleasant. They have been unable to fulfill the rx because the sleep center didn’t score the test correctly to Medicare requirements. Each time I follow up with the sleep center, I get told they’ve given MSC “everything” they need. Today, MSC told us the sleep center told them my husband needs to take another in clinic study to qualify for the CPAP. I’ve reached out to the practice head numerous times, with no response. Only a nurse responds with minimal, rude and often incorrect information. Dealing with this practice has been beyond frustrating, and we are nowhere close to resolution. If you need a sleep study performed, I would stay away from this practice and go elsewhere.
