The Sleep Lab was an overall excellent experience due to the incredible staff. I unfortunately had an incident at the wheelchair ramp (be very careful there). This was naturally a stressful moment, but the way the entire team handled it was truly remarkable. Brennan, Julie, Mona and the staff went above and beyond in their response. Their attention, professionalism, and care was so reassuring. When I returned for the continuation of my study, Julie & Brennan and the team ensured everything was absolutely smooth. They had clearly prepared and implemented measures to guarantee my safety and comfort, turning a difficult situation into a testament to their dedication. This center not only offers top-notch clinical care (thank you, Mona again!) but also demonstrates unparalleled compassion and commitment to patient safety (thank you, Brennan and the team!). Knowing they handle challenges with such grace and professionalism makes me wholeheartedly recommend this Sleep Center."

We were greeted in a very friendly manner by the clinic staff, rooms were very pretty. Clean and comfortable. My only concern was that my husband has cognitive issues and needs some assistance sometimes, And the room that he was in, was too far from the bathroom , so when I helped taking him there, he ended up having a small accident and we did not have a change of Clothes. Nothing against the staff but they should have a bathroom closer to a room, not down The hallway. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Out of the few test I've had for sleep apnea this by far was the most pleasant. Mona was my tech. She was very informative and pleasant while still being very efficient at her job. There was very little noise. Only from the street outside my window. The bed was most comfortable. Almost as good as mine at home. I was pleasantly and thankfully surprised when I could adjust my head up in the bed. This is how I usually sleep. I was also able to sleep on my right side as most facilities want you on your back. I gladly give this center 10 stars and highly recommend them.

The facility was very clean, modern and secure. The specialist I worked with was Mona. Mona was extremely knowledgeable and professional. In addition, she was very thorough on what to expect and her attention to detail was nothing short of outstanding. I was somewhat anxious based on a prior sleep study. This experience far far exceeded my expectations! Many thanks to Mona!

A great facility and Jeb the technician was wonderful. I had a family member go through the sleep test on the 3rd of November. They were somewhat apprehensive about the test and the facility said I could stay in the room with them, as they had a recliner in the room. Jeb, the technician doing the test was Terrific. He explains pained the process and super professional and extremely knowledgeable about the sleep test. He answered any question we had and went out of his way to make my family member feel comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The recliner was so nice I would have bought it on the spot. I had taken a test before and had received great service and care, but Jeb at Sleeping Well went way beyond was I expected. I am so glad we picked this s facility and had Ieb as our Tech.
