You cannot get a hold of them. It took months for them to schedule a sleep study. The staff for the sleep studies are fantastic, though. It then took months for my CPAP to come in. Now, trying to get a hold of them to schedule an appointment or order new supplies is a Herculean effort. I have quite literally never experienced this with any other medical office.
When I arrived for my initial appointment I was told that a CREDIT CARD was required. My insurance was adequate & I felt that this was unacceptable and a potential SCAM. If this information was relayed to me before, I wouldn't have wasted my time.
Sleep Studies for Special Needs children is not the greatest. They did not even try to wait until the child was calm, instead service was denied. Special needs children need to acclimate first specially because it is all different from what they are used to! A little compassion goes a long way, not what was received this past weekend. Shame on them.
I did a home sleep study which was pretty easy. My complaints are that; both the receptionist and the woman who gave me my machine spoke very very softly and i am super aware of people not speaking loudly enough as my spouse is very hard of hearing. The machine I was given was cleaned with some fragrance and that made it hard to wear- i had to wash my pjs the next day as they smelled of the fragrance, then in the bathroom was a bottle of FEBREEZE ( poisen to all of us) and only fragranced hand soap- this is a medical office and they should have or at least offer as an option fragrance free soap. Noy very thoughtful of all their clients.
I’ve had three sleep tests done here. The staff helping you set up for an in house sleep study have always been pretty good at helping you be as comfortable as you can be, considering the unfamiliar surroundings. Very hard to get a hold of, have had to leave many messages in the past but they have met my needs. One of the nurses (I think was a nurse?) was very clear and communicative about my concerns during a consult and made me feel comfortable about being involved in choosing the path for my care.
