My Sleep Technician, Mona, was truly wonderful. She was so caring, comforting, and professional. Mona took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I understood what was happening, and she constantly checked in with a warm and reassuring manner. She plugged in my phone, made sure my items were in reach and positioned the fan perfectly! Above and beyond - her positive attitude made a huge difference. Overall, my experience was five stars. This was my first time doing a sleep study. The facility was nice and clean and I felt safe and comfortable there. I mean yes the wires made me less uncomfortable but that is to be expected and it was still not too bad. They had a tv set up to use. I was concerned about it being awkward seeing other people but I didn’t see anyone. I think they stagger arrivals etc. The bathroom is down the hall, just as an FYI, but it’s very clean. I would def recommend this facility.
