Tonbira Zaman is absolutely incredible and so are some of the staff, but they are painfully overworked. It is a borderline impossible task to get a refill. Great people but go elsewhere for your Pulmonology needs
I could definitely give a five star for clinical quality. As a provider with pretty high standards; I really value his blend of clinical and research expertise with excellent communication skills, compassion, humility and humor. Granted it is a bit wild and busy during Covid pandemic for any pulmonary practice out there! A few snafus with messages on phone and gateway plus scratching muzak hold deter from 5-star presently, but I know they will work it out. Still extra credit for managing an office relocation from hospital to 10 Main in 2020
