Awful to deal with if you're going for sleep issues, front desk is rude and have poor customer service skills that you'd expect with most other doctor offices (i.e., places you're obligated by health issues to attend and service quality doesn't matter). In my particular situation, doctor put in the incorrect order several times with sleep office at Baystate and insurance, which became such a ridiculous hassle that it was laughable, and eventually not even worth the effort.

The office staff are very short handed. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for them to fax my referral to a pain management clinic. I’ve called numerous times about it and was told the referral had been faxed. As it turned out, they had been faxing it to a phone number instead of a fax. They asked me to call and get a fax number for them as they were too busy to do it themselves….. I have nerve pain that wakes me up numerous times every single night and have told practically begged them to please get this done. I have gotten them the fax number. I am giving up on them and going through my primary care provider.
