I have no regrets, everyone holds interest in how you're doing. Seems like they have known me for years. Every time I call or visit everyone addresses me by my name along with a really pleasant voice. I recommend Sleep - Snore to anyone not being able to adjust to the mask
I really wish I hadn’t come to this office. Everyone I met was perfectly nice and helpful on the surface, but this was only masking some very high pressure sales tactics to sell me a $3575 oral device to stop snoring (something I barely do). I wanted a sleep study to actually learn about my sleep and have all the options available to me. This office can’t even order or sign off on the sleep study itself. They partner with a place called Dedicated Sleep. I wish I had just gone there and cut this office out. To give you an idea of why I say they only care about selling oral appliances: When I came in to learn the results of my test, the doctor (who is only a dentist, and therefore can’t order or sign off on sleep studies) walked in and immediately started measuring my teeth, asking me to lay back and open up. After a minute, I stopped him and said, “What are you doing? You haven’t even told me if I have sleep apnea or not.” To which he glanced at the chart quickly then said, “Oh yeah, you do,” and went back to measuring. When I asked basic questions about the study (like how long I was asleep or how many times I woke up) and asked to see the graphs he was looking at, I was ignored, the questions were brushed off, and the papers were withheld. He eventually asked me what my goals were in getting the sleep study done. I told him I wanted to fall asleep faster, wake up fewer times, and feel more rested. His answer to that was “Oh this device won’t really do any of that. That’s just racing thoughts. But this will help with snoring,” and then he went back to trying to sell me on the appliance anyway. Eventually I told him, “I won’t be buying one of these today. I need to explore my options.” To which he started saying how CPAPs are horrible and surgery will disfigure you. I repeated that I needed to explore all options. At that point, he stood up, shook my hand, and walked out of the room. No “okay, do you have any more questions?” or anything a caring doctor who actually wanted to help me would ask. The moment I told him I wasn’t paying for his device, he wrote me off. After he left, I was told I needed a final virtual appointment to read the test results, they weren’t signed off on yet. This person would then write me a prescription for the oral device. (They are literally trying to sell you on a $3575 device before a real doctor even says it’s necessary.) I told the woman I needed to drive home first to check my calendar before making an appointment and would call them within about 30 minutes. She then said “Oh well I would do it now. There may not be any appointments left this year if you call later”—literally trying to convince me that 30 minutes would be the difference between getting an appointment or not. When I asked what appointments were available, there were plenty left. The reason they want you to book so badly is that they can’t sell you the device until the sleep study is read and a prescription is written. Without that, they don’t get their payday. By the time I left, I felt icky and didn’t trust a word they told me. Again, I wish I had cut this office out and just gone to Dedicated Sleep or somewhere that actually specialized in sleep medicine and not expensive oral appliances.
My visit to the clinic was an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire team was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on patient care. Everyone took the time to listen, explain each step clearly, and ensure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The staff stood out as some of the most friendly and welcoming people I have encountered in a medical office. Their professionalism, combined with a calm and supportive environment, made the experience both reassuring and efficient. Overall, it was a very positive visit, and I felt well cared for and confident in the guidance provided.
As a Veteran it is hard to find a place that genuinely cares about taking care of all of their patients and particularly breaks down everything that has to do with why they are there and what is exactly going on. Dr. Conditt and Brandi were extremely kind patient and didn’t were experts when asked any questions I had; properly informing me of all the health benefits and what my body was doing without the sleep apnea mouthguard. And learning all the things it’s improving my health with by using it! It has made my ability to sleep so much better and has fixed more than just my sleep issues! I will recommend this place to any Veteran or civilian this place if you are having sleep issues. Hands down one of the best visits I’ve ever had and I for sure won’t be changing places again. Thank you all so much for the Southern hospitality kindness that people talk about in Texas!
