Don't go here. My husband had a heart attack and pacemaker put in in 2019. In the almost 6 years since then, they never once checked his device, settings were set so high that even if had a problem would not sent out an alert, and had many episodes of afib that were either never noticed and/or acted on. They used an outside company monitoring the pacemaker and the representatives from the company had very heavy accents so could not understand what they were saying. If I could give negative stars I would have.
I absolutely love the Westfield office! I was having issues with the office in Springfield at 50 Maple Street Springfield, MA so I called the Westfield office and spoke with a woman by the name of Janice, who went above and beyond to assist me. She was able to get me an appointment immediately and helped me cancel all my remaining appointments from the Springfield office and scheduled them with the Westfield office. I also want to mention the amazing ultrasound technician Soku who performed my Echocardiogram. She was amazing and extremely friendly. Thank you, Westfield Office, for turning a horrible experience with the Springfield office into an amazing and pleasant experience with the Westfield office. Paul T.
