I am a patient of both HFCCA and Dr Singh. Both have there practices in the same building. I couldn’t be happier with the service and knowledge from both offices. HIGHLY recommend!!!
Excellent medical care and drs. I have been very happy with Dr Arcello and Dr Ibrahim. Professional, curtious, throughout and takes the time you need with them to understand everything. They listen to your concerns and explain what you need. The ultrasound team has been wonderful too
After reading reviews and looking at the Google image (its the glass building beyond the stone wall not the brick one in the image) I almost canceled my appointment here. So far I'm happy I didn't. The place is clean, very professional and updated looking inside, you even need to buzz to be let in. The staff have all been very polite. I see Dr. Baghat and I've been very happy with our interactions. He always takes time to listen and hear out my questions and concerns. When my insurance denied a test I'm not sure what they did but they made sure it got approved. I'm thankful for the care I've received so far. My only complaint is sometimes I have to call a few times before someone answers.
If I could give zero stars I would, the Springfield Office is horrible, they do not do what they are supposed to do and then retaliate against their patients. I was having some billing issues because when I was there in May, I physically handed my insurance card to the lady at the front desk, and she assured me that it was updated, and it never was. For months I went back and forth with the billing department via phone and email being told that it was updated. It never was and the office was billing it to the old insurance company. After all this I spoke with another person in the billing department, I sent her all my proof in writing form the billing department informing me they have updated the new insurance company, and she said she would update it and resubmit the bill to the correct insurance company. Meanwhile, I had someone call me from the office and cancel my appointment for my echocardiogram, because they supposedly did not have a technician to perform the test and said she promised she would call me back to reschedule my appointment. I was supposed to be receiving a call back on November 6th and never have received one. I have left several messages to reschedule the appointment and I even left a message for Les in the administration office and never received a return phone call at all. I have a severe heart condition and need to have echocardiograms done every three to six months, what reputable doctors off retaliates against their patients for an error they caused. I then called the Westfield office and spoke with Janice who was beyond helpful and got me an appointment right away, I will now be going to the Westfield office from now on. I have already switched all my follow up appointments to that office. Never again will I be going to the Springfield office. Paul T
It was good. Original Doctor left and now, I don't know who my doctor is. I've been seen twice since and I have yet to see a Doctor. Recently, I was asked to call back, which I did, and Nobody will call me back. They told me they have a new game plan. Yet only they know. This is totally unacceptable. Robert
