I have to change my review, over time, I am struggling with so many issues and not really finding the proper guidance. I have been going here for probably close to 2 years now and I never get my supplies on time. I have been waiting for my supplies for over a month this time, I called three times, last week I was told they'd be shipped right away on Wednesday, I called Monday when I didn't receive them, no one returned my call, so I called Wednesday and the order was just placed the day before. Now I see it won't arrive until Saturday. I've been needing to replace my tubing for quite some time and the app won't let me order it, I never get the emails to reorder supplies, I'm perpetually stressed out by having to make phone calls for supplies all the time to confirm an order I placed. The people that work here are nice, they have been patient and have helped me, to the point of dropping off items when needed, but things shouldn't have to be so time-consuming and uncertain. I don't like having to bother people for supplies, it makes me uncomfortable and by now I feel like these issues should have been sorted.
I can honestly say my experience was 100% different from what all the One star reviews are. I had zero problem with anybody, this includes the person who monitored my sleep habits, the front desk, the staff, who set you up with your supplies, or the doctor. Everybody was very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The room there does not look exactly what it looks like online but it’s not bad. Resembles a run-of-the-mill hotel room but with a Sleep Number bed. Overall, no complaints about my experience here.
My doctor sent me to Dr. Greatens to determine if I have chronic fatigue disorder. After doing the full sleep study, Dr. Greatens informed me that he doesn’t do anything with chronic fatigue disorder. Dr. Greatens said I was fat and that’s why I’m always tired. He must have overlooked our consultation when I told him that I have had this problem my whole life even when I am thin. He talked more about the Keto diet than my sleep. He’s not a nutritionist. The photo on their website is misleading. Here’s what the room really looks like.
This facility & my "angel" Travis literally saved me. When traveling out of state & realized the elbow joint to my cpap hadn't gotten packed but instead was left laying on my bed at home... :( after two nights no sleep waiting for business day to arrive and no go with two other facilities not only did Travis come through for me having the exact piece I needing waiting for me at the front desk when I arrived , they were empathic to my situation & didn't charge me a thing except the cupcakes I had carried into them. Amazing customer service!! Sleep deprived from Dallas thanks you
Poor customer service. Takes days to get answers on parts. Rude people there. They keep the doors locked claiming COVID, so they make you sit out in the parking lot and call them and then can’t answer your questions or help you. I think they don’t want to be bothered so they don’t have to do any work. Completely unorganized. They act like they need federal government approval for a nose piece. Done with this place, there’s better places that have real customer service. Can buy all the stuff on Amazon for cheaper anyway.
