Christine is a terrible provider has no human empathy. If you’re in pain do not go here. I went here several time begging for help because I had shingles pain. I asked her to come back and talk to me because she prescribed me something that I already was using and it wasn’t working. She didn’t like that I called her out, on her refusal to treat and proceeded to call the police on me becuase of it. I hope she gets it so she knows the suffering that I’ve been through. Shingles is not a joke the pain weighs on your mental health. This place is not a safe place to get treated they judge you and have no concern for your suffering.

Check in is always fast and easy when I arrive. The building is clean and organized. Staff are friendly and doctors have been helpful. I like that I am able to get an X-ray and an ultrasound done if needed, as well as request a copy of the images on a disk for my personal records. I actually feel listened to and cared for. Out of all of my “quick care” experiences, my most positive have been here. I’m grateful to have a place nearby to go that feels reliable, should I need to return.

Gross negligence: My mother went to this clinic awhile back after severely injuring her toe. Staff x‑rayed it, told her it wasn’t broken, and the treatment plan was “ice it...you’ll be fine.” That was their entire care plan. No referral, no follow-up, no concern. We later discovered....a little too late .. that her toe had been dislocated. By the time a podiatrist finally diagnosed it, it had healed incorrectly and fused in a crooked position. Now she has a permanent deformity that affects her walking and causes chronic pain. That’s not an honest mistake...that’s dangerous misdiagnosis. Earlier the clinic labeled a spreading rash as a “heat rash” and told her to see her PCP; it was Lyme disease. This is malpractice by omission. Do not trust this clinic for anything serious. I’m filing formal complaints with the clinic, our insurer, and the state medical board. If you care about your health, or that of your loved ones... go somewhere else. We trusted them. They failed her.

This place is an absolute joke. I went twice last week. 1st time the PA walks in and said your covid/flu are negative it's viral. I had to ask for him to listen to my lungs. Sent me on my way. I went back a few days later demanded a chest xray. My lungs were supposedly clear. The PA says I'll treat you like you have acute viral bronchitis. No antibiotics nothing. Fast forward 4 days I'm at my annual gyno appointment and she doesn't like how I sound runs a respiratory swap I've got pneumonia. So I call them back to let them know I was miss diagnosed the girl on the phone literally laughed well you chest xray was clear and you don't have to come back here. This is our Healthcare system now. Thanks to my amazing gyno I'm finally feeling better Dr. Wortman for the win.

I arrived at around 9:00am with a swollen very painful right hand. I was seen within 5 minutes. I saw, I think, 5 people ending with a PA. Everyone I saw was efficient, professional and very pleasant. I really had no idea why my hand was like it was but the PA diagnosed it very quickly and correctly. The hand was infected by a small cut which I thought had healed well. Apparently not, I was given a shot in my butt of an antibiotic and a prescription for more of the same which I filled immediately. I woke up the next morning with the hand much improved. It was way less painful and I was able to use it which had been impossible before. It continues to improve. The whole experience was excellent. Even the shot in the butt.
