Used the lab. They took the blood on Monday, early morning. Doctor had to cancel my Wednesday appointment because the results were not in. Calls to the lab from me and the doctor's office went to the voicemail and were never returned. Went to the lab on Thursday morning in person, hoping to get a printout, and was informed that they do not have access to the test results. Actual testing is being done in South County Hospital, and 'here is the phone number for medical records there'. No returned calls from Medical records either, but they did pickup around noon on Thursday, and informed me that I had to setup a patient portal to get my records. At that point I did express a bit of frustration and was transferred to a nice lady named Terry who promised to fax my test results to the doctor's office right away. I've NEVER experienced a health care organization where lab results are delayed for so long, patients and providers have no way of contacting proper department in timely manner with such unprofessional attitude.

5-Star Medical care and great staff! My family have many Doctors and PA's in our relatives, so I know a well-run medical office or clinic. The clinic is beautifully decorated and clean. The receptionist who checked me in was kind. There was no wait! I made an appointment and was seen on time. My nurse was helpful and friendly. The x-ray tech was also great! My PA was Maggie Buell and she was outstanding. She explained my test results and gave me a prescription to get me well. She was polite, kind and caring. A very compassionate nurse practitioner! The entire experience was positive!

Well I waited 3 hours sick with a sinus infection and the assistant not doctor prescribed me 4 different scripts Augmentin ,Flonase, saline, and an inhaler !I've never taken Augmentin for a sinus infection so I asked if I could have a Z-pack which I always had for the infection ! She said no take the Augmentin well I vomiting all night long bile the worst of all and ate a full meal before hand ! Then while I was vomiting 🤢 blood is pouring out of my nose ,blood clots ,vomiting all night, bleeding from my nose all night! So I go back yesterday and let the receptionist know what happened and could we please change the antibiotic to the Z-pack ? Nope she tells me the assistant told me either I could wait another 3 hours to be seen again or just keep taking the Augmentin w/ food which I did! Ridiculous just Ridiculous so I pretty much told them I will never be back there again and I've been going there 10 yrs ! But after the horror of vomiting bile all night long and bleeding profusely blood clots and all from my nose, You would think they would want to help you !!!! NO NO COMPASSION THERE IT'S ALL ABOUT CHARGING YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY MORE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN AND GOOD LUCK TO WHOEVER CHOOSES TO GO THERE !

I myself can not review the care aspect itself, but as I write this review, I sit in the parking lot waiting. The parking lot is absolutely packed, with drivers circling multiple times looking for a spot. I dropped my wife off 10 minutes early at the door for an appointment with Dr.Vegari. ONE HOUR & 2 minutes into this she text me saying the waiting room is completely packed, its a madhouse in here. I told her these doctors are NO BETTER than the airlines. They make you an appointment, then double book that appointment, but 5 minutes after, to cover their butts, even though no patients are EVER seen in 5 minutes. There should be laws stating that a patients time is just a valuable as the doctor, and if the doctor breaks THEIR appointment, YOU should be compensated for your time as well. An hour to wait if you're getting a cast taken off is one thing, but if your there for back, hip, or leg problems that cause you excruciating pain just sitting or standing there THAT is unacceptable. I myself would not drive all this way. When we got here the only place I could find to park was at it's farthest point over by the cell tower, a very long hike for someone alone,in pain, only to get in there and be forced to sit for an hour.

Excellent service and staff. We are always taken in quickly and treated in a professional manner. Even during flu season we waited less than 45 minutes before being seen. Questions, concerns and prior history are taken seriously and addressed appropriately. Whenever possible necessary tests and treatments are administered right then and there. The staff is also very welcoming and kind. As a registered nurse myself this is the only urgent care facility that I recommend. They can treat most of the ailments that people would be forced to go to the ER for if their PCP was unavailable. My only recommendation would be for them to expand their hours. Being able to go in after regular working/commuting hours and later on the weekends would be very helpful to the community.
