I want to thank Marisela for being so helpful with my appointment at the Alliance office. I had a scheduling problem with one of the other offices, but Marisela was able to schedule me & take care of the issue with no problem. She went above & beyond by calling me back each time I called with a question.
Dr Nair is helping me with my sleep apnea. Each time I meet with him I am impressed with his professional approach and his compassion for my situation. He has a great staff as well and as busy as this office is they remain professional and cheerful. One assistant in particular is Pamela who is pleasant and efficient and makes the medical visit a very good experience.
I had a wonderful experience with Pamela at Lung and Sleep Office. As the patient intake specialist, she was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. Her gentle demeanor put me at ease, especially when taking vitals. She's truly an asset to the office, and I appreciate her dedication to providing excellent patient care.
Great experience here. They have the best staff! So friendly and helpful. I had to come in an hour before my appointment time to pick up the equipment for the sleep study. The way my schedule worked out that day that was all I had. I stopped by to see if it was possible to pick up my equipment early. It was during the lunch hour and Hamsa stopped her lunch break and got me all set. I was so impressed! She was kind, helpful and had a great attitude even though I interrupted her lunch time. It’s people like Hamsa that make all the difference in the world.
This is my second review on how great The Lung & Sleep Center of North Texas team is! My first review was on how Dr. Kim and NP Sandra saved my mother's life. The quality of life that she now has since being treated by Dr. Kim and NP Sandra compared to what she was before is like night and day. This review is specifically for Alejandra. Sometimes the rest of the office staff is overlooked when one is writing a review because they're usually in the shadows. I want to call out Alejandra for her outstanding customer service! She went out of her way in making sure that my mom would have all the medication needed while travelling abroad on an extended vacation. She clearly understood what was required and walked us through completing the necessary forms. Thank you Alejandra! May you be blessed and may your kindness continue to flow to all the patients that you come into contact with!
