Melissa is the kindest, most helpful medical professional that I have ever interacted with. She made my entire stay very pleasant, and helped me feel a lot less stressed than I feared I would. Thank you again!

I don't usually like to leave bad reviews but this place deserves it. The staff is rude and borderline incompetent. They misdialed my phone number and blamed me for missing an appointment. When asking questions, I'm met with eye rolls. I visited once to get my sleep monitoring device and received two very expensive bills, but I don't know what they were for. There were no descriptions of the charges, and when I tried to call both the billing department and front desk, no one answered and no one returned my calls. The amount of time I had to wait for a follow up appointment is ridiculous. I had my sleep test in May, but my follow up wasn't until October. Then, I received a letter in the mail the week of my appointment saying they had to cancel it. No phone calls to reschedule, no explanation why. When I tried to call back to reschedule, no answers. I had to get my PCP to request my results from them 4 or 5 times before they responded, saying they would not provide the results to my PCP. I called them again on that day in November and finally got a follow up appointment in January. At my second appointment, we found out that no one had entered most of my information into their system, like my medications. This was a terrible experience and I urge everyone who was given a referral to this place to see if you can find a different location to go to.

Avoid going to this facility at all costs! The front desk employee is incompetent, rude and has zero patience. She didn't get a prior Auth for my actual sleep study from the number on the back of my card. She chose to call a different number causing me to receive a bill 5 months after visit for over 5 thousand dollars. I tried to fix it with her but she couldn't be bothered. I called billing over 20 times. Fyi,they all work from home and there is no place to go to dispute it. My insurance company was even willing to help but they all refused to call my insurance company. Deb at the front desk needs a job that does not involve dealing with people. After 5 days of trying to have them fix their mistake I decided to drive to roger williams hospital to explain my situation. They were all great and took care of my bill and it wasn't even their job.

Honestly very rude staff. I told them upon picking up my sleep study equipment that I could not return it by 12 because I was working. They told me to just call and let them know Monday morning. I called and they were rude to me on the phone and said that they would be reporting it to security and that I shouldn't have taken it if I couldn't return it by 12. Except I did inform them numerous times. Had I known this was the case I would have just not done the sleep study with them. Highly do NOT recommend. The way they spoke to me on the phone and hung up on me was reason enough to refer no one there. The paperwork says to arrange with staff if you can't bring it by a certain time and I said so when I picked up the equipment before signing anything so this was a little ridiculous.

I arrived at 8 pm and was left to relax and change clothes. I was wired up from 9-10pm. Tried to sleep as best I could in new place, set up backwards for me, more clothes than I wear, knowing I’d need to get up for bathroom, and I move a lot and pulled off electrodes. At 12 the tech brought the nasal mask. At 2 AM she brought the full mask. I got up each time. Mask felt good but restless legs kicked in. She said wait 10 min until 4 AM and she had enough data so I was home by 5 AM. Melissa my tech was great. She earned her money. I have not seen the doctor for my results yet and am calling now. Seems a bit overdue but maybe not. They try to make it as comfortable as possible and let you keep the TV on etc.
