They never answer the phone. Prompt tells you to leave a message. That's awfully rude of them.
Worse front desk employees. Inconsiderate, loss a medical CD I brought and they never returned it to me. Never answer the phone and after a visit, got two emails 7 minutes apart, each with a different time for the appointment. Doctor was great but after you walk out of the door from seeing the doctor, then the BS begins with incompetent front desk employees.
No one ever answers the phone. Not once, not one single time! Got sent a letter saying all attempts thus far to contact me have failed? Excuse me? Answer the phone! Problem solved!!!
I had a really good experience here. The people are really nice and answered my questions about getting a new C-Pap. Getting an appointment wasn't an issue and there was virtually no waiting in the office to be seen. I appreciate the online check-in process, too.
Can never reach a person, hope they call you on the number you leave in your voicemail or you have to wait hours for a call back. Staff is rude. If you need anything emergent, just goto ER, you’re just a number, “they have other patients “. NPs talk over you, yell at you, blow off concerns - then when you request not to see that NP they tell you your only option is the one day you’re not available or urgent care for after care follow up leaving a hospital? No option of a different location at all. Then ban you from all offices because you’re trying to advocate your health!! Nah just shut up & die in the street I guess is their protocol. Find a different provider, staff is atrocious & treat patients poorly when they have a voice!
