ZERO STARS Absolutely the worst office I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been trying to reschedule my appointment after receiving a letter weeks ago saying my doctor has left the practice. I’ve left multiple voice messages and still haven’t received a single call back. The office is such a disaster that even the doctors are quitting. When I tried calling again, I was stuck on hold for five minutes listening to the worst on-hold music imaginable, only for someone to finally pick up, say “please hold,” and immediately put me right back on hold. Completely unacceptable
I've been going to MLA twice a year for over 15 years. I have never had any thing other than perfectly professional and exceptional service. Dr. Shaffer is always kind, attentive and thorough. I also see Diane and Marie for testing and they are likewise super professional and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend MLA for anyone needing their care.
I’m a patient in the Worcester office. My doctor left for another practice and I’m unable to retrieve my MSLT results. I continue to reach out to the office but they place me on hold for over 5 minutes. It shouldn’t be this difficult to obtain test results!
This is the place medical horror stories are made of. After finding MA L&A on my providers website, I made a sleep study appointment. THREE MONTH WAIT - and a week before my appointment they call to tell me they don’t take my out of state plan. I decide to pay cash for the study so I don’t have to wait even longer. I have the sleep study, am diagnosed with severe positional apnea and told my machine would arrivee in 2-4 weeks. TWO MONTHS LATER - Still no machine and no one at MA L&A can give me a solid answer on where the machine is. My quality of life has been totally impacted and I’m five months into this with no relief. This is with a “good” gold plan, too.
Had an appointment rescheduled on me without my approval. Arrived to my original appointment time and was told I'd have to reschedule. On another day I arrived a few minutes late to an appointment early in the day, had to wait in line, so by the time the secretary got to me I was told the doctor said I need to reschedule. I live 25 minutes away and this is now twice I've driven here to not be seen.
