I had the best care by the nurses especially Wendy during my infusion there. She was calm, comforting and extremely knowledgeable about what was happening and how to handle it all. Huge thank you to Wendy, Nicole and the other nurse working there for their kindness and care!
This is just my experience. I went there to make an appointment in Sept and was given a date of Feb 12 to see the Dr as a new patient. I filled out all the necessary paperwork and had my medical records transferred over before my appointment. After waiting 6 month I go to my appointment only to be told that they just changed the policy and my insurance is no longer accepted for new patients. Now I can’t find any places taking new patients within 30 miles of where I live.
I have nothing bad to say about this group. I see Dr Catanese. She is the best. They have sick visits that get you right in which I find amazing. Everyone is courteous and friendly. Check in and out is efficient. Highly recommend!
My primary care sent a referral on July 8, 2021 and they did not call me until today, August 20th to book appointment? I found someone else in the mean time. Not sure what happened but I find this level of service unacceptable. I am sure they offer great care and only hope this helps make them more responsive to patients in booking appointments in a timely manner.
They are an exceptional team of Physicians, the patient is always top priority. Don't complain about the wait time and then expect for them to spend an hour with you. They balance their time w all patients but don't get frustrated with wait times because that's why they provide good care, they are detail oriented...
